PID Controller
System Function:
A. Operate Method Setting :
1. Inverter Control (automatic mode) : Adjust the inverter speed and operate/stop the
pump by detecting the pressure of the sensor to keep constant pressure of outlet.
2. Sequential Control (manual mode) : The controller will supply water by detecting the
pressure switch, float switch and water level switch.
3. Pressure Control : At failure of inverter and pressure transmitter, it controls pump to
start/stop by pressure switch.
B. Alternative Operation
Setting the alternative time at the screen of pump set, the pump which set short
alternative time will start firstly.
C. Prevention of Idle Rotation
It protect pump not to idle running at fault of low pressure, low water level
D. Fault Shift
It will alarm and automatically shift another pump operate at pump failure.
E. The alarm record can be up to 50.
F. Power on restart function.
G. Pump Operation Time Set
The operation time can be up to 99,999 hours. It need to input the passwords to restart the
pump when the operation time is up to the set value.
H. Schedule Operation (Time/Period)
I. Saving Operation
If there is small pump in the system, it can operate the small pump at low flow. Select the
saving operation and set save time at Schedule/Time set screen, then set the low flow
pump at pumping setting screen.
J. Alarm Indication: Pump overload, low water level, low pressure, high pressure, over
current, phase failure and inverter fault.
