System Outline / Function:
1. Booster pump type selects upward water supply method getting rid of downward water supply method using the gravity fall of the high water tamk as conventional method.
2. Getting out of the lack of water pressure at upper part by downward water supply method by high water tank,water pressure of each story in a building is kept steady.
3. Cleaning water tank due to water pollution at rooftop water tank is unnecessary.
4.Piping constrution cost saving and spatial use are possible by upward piping.
5. Expected to improve ineffective problems of download water supply method,and save energy to the large-capacity pump consuming unnecessary energy.
System Function:
1. Control of Rotation Number(Inverter control)
User controls the motor rotation number by set pressure value and PT(Pressure Transmitter) deviation, and operations/stops pump in sequence according to increase and decrease of water supply amount
2. Sequential Control At difficult control of rotation number due to inverter failure, it operates/stops pump 100% in sequence according to increase and decrease of water supply amount by PT(Pressure Transmitter) value.
3. Pressure Control (Control of pumps) At failure of inverter and PT(Pressure Transmitter), it controls pump to direct operation by pressure switch.
4. Alternative Operation It has an alternating function of pump time (00 sharp) and time (after 00) controlled by inverter, able to equally operate pump use
5. Prevention of Idle Rotation At inflow of air to suction piping, it senses water filling status and stops pump to prevent the damage of mechanical seal and bearing(when drying status is solved, it returns to operation automatically)
6. Pump Skip At pump failure, it operates by remaining one except for the failed one.
7. Error Management It stores, manages error in recent occurrence order.
8. Auto Return after Auto Power Failure At power failure, it remembers pre-power failure status, and operates automatically after return to pre-power failure.
9. Storage of Pump Operation Time
It can store and record each pump operation time up to 999,999 hours.
10. Schedule Operation
It varies in setting pressure by operation time of time and days of week, and
operates only for the set days of week and time.
11. Saving Operation
It functions as a night pump to set the pressure of a specific time separately, use
lower pressure than used one without correcting used pressure.
12. Alarm Indication
It displays pump overload, low leveling, low pressure, high pressure, and inverter
failure alarm at LCD indicator.

Controler Key:
1. Start/Stop : Start, Stop of Controller.
2. Menu : Shift to Menu List Screen.
3. Enter: Saving set value.
4. ESC : Shift to initial screen, Stop of Inputting Set Value.
5. Shift direction key between items at set menu.
6. CLR : Deletion of prior value at input of set value.
7. Reset : Relief of error at error occurrence.
8. Caution : In inputting set value, operation should be executed at operation stop.
Cautions:
1. Be sure to take off power in setting System or connecting CABLE.
2. Make sure not to tie input and output CONTROL CABLE to CABLE with high voltage current flowing like power supply CABLE.
3. Avoid setting in places where there is explosive or corrosive gas.
4. Do not expose equipment to high temperature, high humid, and other external climatic conditions.
5. Do not expose equipment to excessive vibration, impact, dust, metal powder etc.
6. Do not repair all kinds of machinery with power on.
7. Free warranty is excluded in case of failure by user's unduly handling or unauthorized remodeling.
8. Free warranty for products is for one year based on delivery date, and any failure from normal use can be repaired and exchanged free of charge.
